Information on this site
We describe our aluminum roll shutters in good faith and update content as our product evolves. Photos are real installs unless noted. Pricing ranges shown on the site are estimates, not quotes — the written quote we provide after a site visit is the binding number.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting the form is a request for a quote, not a contract. We respond within one business day. Any project goes ahead on a written agreement signed by both parties, separate from this website.
Warranty
Our 10-year warranty covers the motor, slats, headbox, hardware, and install workmanship on systems we've installed. The full terms are in the written warranty document delivered with your install. The warranty stays with the address, not the original purchaser.
Use of the website
You may browse, read, and share links to pages on myrollshutters.ca. Don't scrape the site for bot training, don't submit fake quote requests, and don't impersonate someone else when contacting us.
Liability
We make a real effort to keep the site accurate, but we don't warrant that every piece of content is perfect or up to date the moment you read it. Decisions about your patio should be made on the written quote and an in-person consultation, not just on website copy.
