We started in Brantford because that's where we live and that's where our first installs went up. Word travelled — first to Hamilton, then the GTA, then K-W and London — and the service radius grew with it.
We don't sub the install out and we don't sell anything we wouldn't put on our own house. If a project isn't a good fit for what we do — wrong opening type, wrong expectations, wrong product — we'll tell you up front instead of bending the install to make a sale.
